Important! Three new medical plans being offered in 2025. All previous plans will end 12/31/24. Mandatory enrollment for you and your dependents as plans, rates and coverages are changing. Two brand new HMO plans that offers an open access network! Be sure to select your primary care physician at the time of enrollment.

NEW for 2025! TelaDoc health provides healthcare wherever you are, day or night.
- You will have easy access to providers by phone or video, 24/7.
- Feel better when you need to for only $10 per visit.
FSA
The new Flexible Spending Account yearly maximum is $3,200. The Dependent Care yearly maximum remains $5,000.
New Hires
For any new hires (hired during the remainder of 2024)
- You will be required to enroll in the current HMO plan; however, you will have the option to switch to one of the new medical plans during Open Enrollment.

New for 2025, the 5 Year HMO Enrollment rule will be eliminated.
Join us on Saturday, September 28th, or October 5th at 8am – 4pm, at the Schultz Center for the 2025 Open Enrollment Benefit Fair.
You Will Be Able To:
Make changes to existing voluntary benefits or enroll in new voluntary benefits.
Enroll in family medical coverage through the Dual Spouse Program.
Add new dependents to your existing coverage (dependent verification documents will be required).
Opt out of medical coverage.
Benefits carriers will be available at each fair to answer questions:
Florida Blue, Delta Dental, Davis Vision(by MetLife), and The Standard.
