2027 Plan Updates

Modest Increase in Short-Term Disability (STD) and Standard Optional Life Insurance

This year’s benefits program remains largely unchanged, allowing you to maintain the coverage options you know and value. The primary updates include a modest increase in Short-Term Disability (STD) and Standard Optional Life Insurance.

Please note that Optional Life Insurance is not guaranteed issue. Employees who elect to increase their coverage by more than one tier level will be required to complete the underwriting process and receive approval before the additional coverage can take effect.
