The Healthy Weight Challenge is a 6-week program designed to kickstart your wellness journey. Throughout the month of January, you will learn healthy and sustainable weight loss tips that will help with your wellness goals. Participants who complete the challenge activities will be entered into a raffle on a weekly basis. Participants will also have an opportunity to win a grand prize! In addition, schools or work locations with the highest participation rate will be eligible to win a wellness grant for activities at their location.
