This year marks significant changes in our medical plans for the upcoming year. Florida Blue now offers three medical plan choices: a Low HMO, a High HMO, and a PPO plan. Please note this year’s Open Enrollment is mandatory. This means you are required to enroll in your benefits, especially medical coverage. Failure to select a medical plan will result in an automatic enrollment. For all HMO plans, you must choose a primary care physician during the enrollment process.
